Genesis can handle all aspects of returns including a receipt to the customer, replacement of a product and returning faulty products to the supplier. Integration of features means minimal training and business disruption.
All products are serialised so that you can instantly trace the origins of all products. You can trace a product through its entire life cycle including on and off site tracking by serial number and tracing of advanced replacements and goods awaiting returns. This means that stock management is comprehensive and flexible even during the return process.
Dispatching options are available through Genesis based on the transaction that you wish to carry out. It is easy to send a replacement product, issue a standard return or send an alternative product to a customer. The flexibility of Genesis means better, faster decision making.
An engineer test certification can be stored in Genesis and a certificate produced. This can be sent to the customer as validation that the product works or to the supplier to let them know it is faulty.
